The Quality You Paid For
I bought my 5 ft mousepad almost 1 year ago and it's been perfect and held up exceptionally. If you have a large desk and enjoy having a large mouse area this will be perfect. I play games on my computer on a very low sensitivity and I rest my arm itself in the desk and by extension this mousepad that covers it. The perfect amount of padding under the pad keeps my arm comfortable resting from the elbow up on the desk. So comfortable in fact I moved my keyboard farther up my desk as well so I could rest my left arm on the mousepad too. While I've previously used rough surface mousepads because I enjoy the friction such as on the Qck mousepads I actually like the smooth surface of these pads because I believe it helps to keep it from collecting skin, hair, and dirt. I've only ever taken a cloth to mine to wash it once and that was mostly just because I try to clean my pads once a year at least. Otherwise keeping a can of air duster nearby to blow away debris from the smooth surface of the pad is almost always more than enough to keep it clean. My order was shipped and received quickly and when I called the manufacturer with a question it was answered by the owner of the company who runs it out of the American Southwest. He was kind and informative and provided excellent knowledge and service since he is hands on with all orders. Overall I can't say enough good things about this mousepad. There really is nothing like it on the market and anything made by big name manufacturers that's even remotely like my 5ft pad is always more expensive and always much less surface area, usually less than half of the size of mine. Fair price for an amazing product. My only hope would be that they add a rough textured stitchless pad in large sizes like mine in the future. But I'm more than happy with my current one which is holding up great. If you're undecided on purchasing one, trust me when I say it's worth every penny.
